Pickles and Play is a safe, clean, and respected facility that is open to adults and children to utilize, grow and improve in our sport. Please review our “Policies and Guidelines” to ensure your understanding.

  • Membership Payment Terms
    Membership requires either a 1 year pay in advance contract (at discounted rate) or a month-to-month contract WITHOUT any lapses in payment. All members are responsible for paying their membership dues on time. In the event that your membership expires due to lapse in payment of monthly membership dues FOR LONGER THAN 15 DAYS, you will be required to pay a $100.00 reinstatement fee and rejoin at the current rate.
  • How to Reserve a Court
    All Pickleball court reservations must be made online via Court Reserve.
  • Cancellations/No-Shows
    In the event of a needed cancellation, Members are expected to cancel court reservations via Court Reserve or by contacting the front desk prior to reservation start time. Cancellations must be made 4 hours or more prior to reserved time to avoid a no-show penalty. Members that do not cancel or show up for their scheduled reservation, will be assessed a $25.00 no-show fee. This includes King of the Court No-Shows.
  • Advance Reservations
    Court reservations may be scheduled in advance, based on their level of membership.
    – Platinum may reserve their court times 14 days in advance
    – Premier may reserve their court times 10 days in advance
    – Family may reserve their court times 10 days in advance
    – Prime may reserve their court times 5 days in advance
    – In Your Prime may reserve their court times 5 days in advance.
  • Open Play
    Pickleball “Open Play” (MEMBERS ONLY) must be registered for prior to arrival via Court Reserve. “Open Play” for Visitors will also be made available at designated times during the week. Please consult Calendar Grid in Court Reserve for further details. There will be a $10 charge for any no-shows that reserved an open play spot.
  • Members who visit their Non-Home Facility
    Non-Platinum members visiting their non-home facility will be assessed a $10 charge (unless you are visiting for an already paid event (class, lesson, tournament, camp).
  • Maximum # of Visits by a Non-Member Per Year
    A Guest of a member is allowed 8 visits per year before requiring membership. This is specific toward an individual, regardless of how many different members he/she may attend with.
  • Guest Fees
    Guest fees are $25.00 per person. If a court reservation is made by a Members (advance booking), the member is responsible for adding their guests to their court reservation on Court Reserve and paying the guest fee ahead of time online. Otherwise, the guest would only be able to register to play within the allotted time a guest has access (much more limited).
  • Liability Waiver
    All guests must complete a liability waiver form if they have not previously done so.  This is required to be completed once in every calendar year. This can be done on Court Reserve or in person at the facility BEFORE playing. (On – site staff can assist).
  • Dress Code
    All participants (Members, Visitors, Players and Observers) are required to dress appropriately and respect the Pickles and Play Dress Code before entering the facility and maintain throughout their visit.
  • Safety
    All participants will abide by all safety guidelines, instructions, and regulations as set forth by Pickles and Play.
  • Forbidden Substances
    Taking drugs, alcohol, tobacco or other similar substances while at Pickles and Play are strictly prohibited.
  • Fighting/Violence is Prohibited
    At no time is any type of violence, fighting and similar permitted inside a Pickles and Play facility. Any violation thereof is cause for immediate suspension of membership.
  • Weapons
    Firearms or weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited inside a Pickles and Play facility and cause for immediate removal from the premises and suspension of membership.
  • Accessibility Policy
    Pickles and Play is committed to ensuring the accessibility of our facilities and for people with disabilities. We have an access ramp, suitable restrooms and transitions on to the courts as needed. We desire to create an experience that is accessible for everyone.
  • Physical Examination and Personal Health
    We strongly encourage you to consult your doctor and have a complete physical examination prior to beginning any new exercise or nutrition program. Upon entrance into a Pickles and Play facility, you represent that you are healthy enough to engage safely in activities and acknowledge that Pickles and Play does not provide medical advice. We do have a defibrillator visible and easily accessible as well a wheelchair if needed for any reason.
  • Illness, Sickness, Disease, or Infection
    If you have any symptoms associated with, or you may have been exposed to a person with, a communicable, contagious or otherwise transferrable or transmissible illness, sickness, disease, or infection, including, but not limited to, COVID-19, or you otherwise pose a health risk to members, guests, or team members you may not engage in activities at Pickles and Play.
  • Personal Belongings
    Pickles and Play is not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property, whether from lockers, vehicles or other locations on the premises. Please inquire in person at the Front Desk for lost articles that may have been found. Phone inquiries regarding lost items are not allowed.
  • Locker Access
    Lockers are available on a first come-first serve basis for members and guests to store their belongings in while utilizing Pickles and Play facilities, programs, events and services. You are responsible providing a lock. Do not bring or store any valuables on the premises, including, but not limited to, watches, jewelry or cash. Pickles and Play is not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property left in a locker. Pickles and Play reserves the right to search all of our lockers without notice and in our sole discretion.
  • Injuries
    If you are injured while in a Pickles and Play facility please seek immediate assistance from a staff team member. They will be able to provide or arrange for appropriate medical assistance. Pickles and Play is not responsible for, nor will we consider reimbursement of member medical costs, including, but not limited to charges a member may incur for emergency response services, ambulance, etc., in the case of a member medical event or emergency that occurs at Pickles and Play.
  • Personally Operated Activities
    You may not organize your own informal or formal sports leagues, tournaments, or programs. We employ our own Team Members and online tools to facilitate all programs at our venues. Whether or not you receive compensation for it, you may not teach private or personal lessons in our centers or on our courts. Pickles and Play retains sole discretion to determine whether a member or guest is engaged in organizing or participating in non-Pickles and Play activities.
  • Pickles and Play Wireless Network
    By accessing the Pickles and Play wireless network, you agree not to use the wireless network to transmit any material that violates any applicable laws. We may block access or terminate the wireless service at any time and for any reason, and assume no liability for doing so. We may record information about your usage of our network and may use or disclose such information, when appropriate, to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pickles and Play. Any such activity deemed inappropriate may result in the termination of your membership.
  • Multi-Center Access Membership.
    Platinum members have general access to multiple Pickles and Play venues based on the prevailing monthly membership dues rates required to gain corresponding general access.
MEMBERSHIP PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND CERTAIN SERVICES, PROGRAMS, AMENITIES, OR AREAS WITHIN A CLUB MAY BE RESTRICTED, CONDITIONED, OR OTHERWISE LIMITED BY SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND/OR SUBJECT TO A SEPARATE OR SUPPLEMENTAL FEE FOR ACCESS OR USE.
